Got7 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the got7 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all terms set out herein.
Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to all got7 users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using the got7 platform via got7.bio or our mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document as well as our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use got7's services. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and got7 as the platform operator. All services are offered subject to the laws in force in Malaysia.
2. Account Creation, Eligibility and Security
- You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the got7 platform.
- Only one account is permitted per user. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You must be an individual with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local laws in their jurisdiction.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
- Got7 recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.
- Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, unless a security breach that was promptly reported is proven to have occurred.
- Please contact the got7 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a got7 user, you agree to use the platform responsibly and to comply with all applicable rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other methods to access or manipulate the platform without authorisation.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerability within the got7 system.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through identity fraud, fake registrations, or activities designed to circumvent terms and conditions.
- Using the platform for any activity that contravenes Malaysian law or that may compromise the integrity of the platform.
- Posting offensive, defamatory, obscene, or rights-infringing content through any communication on the platform.
Got7 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user suspected of violating these rules, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Transactions and Financial Policy
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the got7 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go (TNG), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other local e-wallet services. got7 does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum deposit is as specified on the platform for each payment method. Withdrawals will be processed only to a bank account registered in the user's name. got7 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering purposes.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the rollover requirements specified separately for each offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the rollover requirements have been fully met. got7 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through unauthorised means or fraud.
Tax and Fiscal Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings or transactions on the got7 platform in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Got7 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or unauthorised third-party access beyond our control.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability or the accuracy of information displayed.
All content on the got7 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of got7 and is protected under Malaysian copyright law.
Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, republish, or exploit any part of the platform's content without written authorisation from got7.
Got7 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or a request from the relevant authorities. Valid balances will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to any applicable deductions.
Users may also request to close their account at any time by contacting got7 customer support.
The got7 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. got7 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services.
Users are encouraged to read the terms and privacy policy of any third-party service before using it.
6. Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
Got7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes via in-platform notifications or the registered email address.
Continued use of the got7 platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You are therefore encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
